My Classic Car Show - 1959 Mercedes

It's been quite exciting being around Jellybean Hotrods over the spring & summer. We had alot of things going on but still managed to attended a few car shows.

One of the shows we attended was the Peach City Cruise in Penticton. What a great event in a beautiful setting. While we were enjoying the cars and the people in the show, Dennis Gage from "My Classic Car" TV show drove up in his fixed up golf cart. To our satisfaction he completely fell in love with the '59 Mercedes 190SL we had on display. He stopped & I was honored to give him a rundown of the car. He asked if he could feature it on his show as to which we agreed so we are pleased to inform you that the '59 Mercedes 190SL with the Corvette engine will be featured on "My Classic Car" TV show next season. I've attached a few pictures as a preview for you to see.
